First Tipper Operator in South East to take delivery of Volvos' new FMX

Especially designed for heavy construction work, two of these impressive looking Volvo FMX's joined the Blockade fleet in April this year. It does what Volvo says it will, living up to Volvo's claims of being capable of tackling heavy loads with ease, shrugging off poor terrain and steep gradients and as Volvo claim, it quite simply is a truck that enjoys the rough life.

Supplied by M C Truck & Bus at Maidstone, these two 8 x 4 tippers come with I-Shift automated transmissions, 11 litre 380 bhp engines, rear 'neon' warning lights, Thompson Bodies complete with 'Fly Sheets' and the back-up and support you'd expect from M C Truck & Bus.
